Various CNC press brakes, CNC high-capacity automated wire forming, CNC high-capacity fully automated wire mesh and shelf welding, high precision wire straightening and cutting, CNC robotic MIG welding with high capacity carousels, Manual MIG & TIG welding, a large complement of resistance welders (spot welders), pneumatic wire forming equipment and ancillary manufacturing equipment including full machine shop for in house tooling and maintenance support.

We specialize in manufacturing custom OEM wire/rod products in both steel and stainless-steel alloys. All items can be supplied raw or finished with painting, plating and electropolishing as required.

For OEM production customers, stocking programs and next-day delivery are available.

Blanket orders with specified deliveries as required.

Custom specialized sanitary stainless-steel products for the meat/food processing industry.

We have equipment capable of addressing low, medium and high-volume production competitively in all categories.

Prototypes/samples are available with welding fixtures and tooling being produced in-house.

We package either in bulk on pallets or per customer specifications.

MEX has two 26’ box delivery trucks used within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Southern Ontario, ensuring prompt dedicated service to our local customers. Deliveries can also be arranged via carriers per customer preference.

What kind of materials do you work with?

MEX works mostly with C1008/C1010 steel wire rod & T304L stainless steel wire rod from .080”Ø up to .375”Ø.  All standard rod diameters are carried in an extensive inventory in continuous coils on tubular carriers. Our inventory of stainless steel is unrivaled in the industry. We also carry stock of galvanized wire in most diameters.

MEX can have any item we produce painted, plated or electropolished to customer specifications. We have a wide assortment of finishing partners capable of almost any finish.
